• These units consist of the winch core (motor, drivetrain, brake, drum, etc.), but do not include a winch rope, hook, fairlead, contactor, wire or controls
• Simply remove those parts from your previous WARN winch and add this core then you'll be ready to go again with a genuine WARN winch
